The room had a nice wrap-around balcony with a great view and water pressure in the shower was excellent. I enjoyed the clean room, though the towels could use an upgrade. I'd stay again!

Mucara Hotel is ideally situated near the zócalo, making it easy for me to explore local sights and enjoy nearby cafes. The staff were remarkably friendly and accommodating, quickly assisting me whenever I needed help. The room was small but very clean and comfortable.

Towels could be improved.

frustrating experience

malfunctioning shower

Convenient location within walking distance to local attractions.

My stay was frustrating from the start. I was given a room that wasn't what I had booked, and it took days to finally get into the King Room I paid for. To top it off, the second room had a shower that barely worked, and the staff offered no real help other than a bucket to clean it myself.

Clean rooms with reliable wifi made the stay pleasant. The location allowed for easy access to nearby attractions, and the helpful staff contributed to an enjoyable experience.
